Terms and Conditions for Quality Builders Contracting

Welcome to Quality Builders Contracting. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

We offer a variety of contracting services, including plumbing, remodeling, electrical work, TV wall mounting, and hot water tank installations. Specific details for each service will be provided at the time of booking.

Booking and Payments

A confirmed appointment requires full or partial payment upfront, depending on the service. Payments are securely processed through encrypted systems. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Affirm and Afterpay. A deposit is required for specific services:

• TV Wall Mount Installation and Hot Water Tank Installation: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Home Remodeling Services: Deposit amounts vary depending on the scope of the project and will be specified during the consultation process.
• Refund Policy for Deposits: Deposits for home remodeling services are non-refundable. Deposits for TV wall mounting and hot water tank installation are refundable only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Warranty Policy

For Membership Customers: Members of Our Inner Circle Membership and Our Core Membership automatically receive a free 6-month warranty for one service of their choice (either TV wall mounting or hot water tank installation). This benefit is not available for members of Our Base Membership or FREE Membership. Customers must upgrade to either Our Inner Circle or Our Core membership to access this perk.

Additional Warranty Options

Customers can purchase or extend the warranty for TV wall mounting or hot water tank installation at any time. The warranty options are as follows:

• TV Wall Mounting: 6 months for $9, 1 year for $17, and 2 years for $29.
• Hot Water Tank Installation: 6 months for $13, 1 year for $26, and 2 years for $39.

These warranties cover defects in labor or installation separately.

Refunds and Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds for memberships are not provided after the first service or perk has been used.

Memberships

Membership perks apply only to active members of Our Inner Circle Membership and Our Core Membership. Membership benefits can only be used after 3 months of active membership. Memberships can be canceled at any time and reopened at any time as well. Membership add-ons, such as extended warranties or additional service perks, are available for purchase separately and are non-transferable. Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration, governed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the state of Pennsylvania.

Liability

Quality Builders Contracting is not liable for pre-existing conditions, misuse, or neglect that may affect the outcome of the services. Limitations of liability are detailed in our Liability Disclaimer.

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies for improving your experience.

Service Area Limitations

Our services are currently available within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA. Requests outside this area may incur additional travel fees or may not be available.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
